Hi Steve, Roxio Label Creator has a fault (in the last 4 versions). You may have to use a white background to print the outlines, or else switch to Windows 7. Creator 2012 and newer versions [NXT, NXT 2, and NXT 3] when run under windows 7 all grey out the 'Print DVD Case Outline' control, leaving the box ticked and forcing you to print the outlines, if the background is any colour but white.

(see below) However, when I ran NXT 3 under Windows XP it greyed out the control but left the box un-ticked, so you could never print the outlines. To summarize, -Creator 2010 and 2011 work properly -Creator 2012 and all the Creator NXT versions go faulty when you use a coloured background. -Creator NXT 3 locks outlines on under Windows 7, and off under Windows XP. [i suspect all the NXT versions behave the same, but I haven't had time to test] I haven't seen Creator NXT 4 yet, but I suspect it will be the same. Regards, Brendon.
