Install Ganglia On Windows
The latest version of all ganglia software can always be downloaded from Ganglia runs on Linux (i386, ia64, sparc, alpha, powerpc, m68k, mips, arm, hppa, s390), FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, DragonflyBSD, MacOS X, Solaris, AIX, IRIX, Tru64, HPUX and Windows NT/XP/2000/2003/2008. Someone did build gmond using Cygwin and there's a downloadable installer at sourceforge. If you scroll down at the 3.0. Rebuildbcd Windows Installations 0. 0 release mentions a Windows installer. Subsequent releases will probably build under Cygwin, though there's no installer provided as there is for 3.0.0.
Someone did build gmond using Cygwin and there's a downloadable installer at sourceforge. If you scroll down at /, the 3.0.0 release mentions a Windows installer. Subsequent releases will probably build under Cygwin, though there's no installer provided as there is for 3.0.0. /ganglia/ganglia-3.0.0-setup.exe is the file itself. /project/showfiles.php?group_id=43021&package_id=35280 is the dl page I have gotten the 3.0.0 release to partially talk to a gmetad server I have. It shows the machine (cluster) is up, but no metrics are there. The 3.0.0 doesn't support multicast and it's likely I don't know how to properly config the singlecast stuff.
The docs for ganglia leave a bit to be desired in some places. The reason I found this thread was trying to do what you're trying to do.
