I especially bought Thrustmaster Ferrari GT experience wheel and pedals to play this game. The box says it is one of the compatible peripherals. The wheel and all the buttons work fine, but the pedals don't. It looks as though the brake is on with rear wheels spinning and no movement.
Am I missing something about configuration. I can't see that I can select which type of gaming wheel I have - and if I go into settings and select wheel, I can only configure 'Accelerate' and 'brake' to another button - it doesn't seem to recognise the pedals. Can I switch one of the 'input' files in the game directory or something?? Originally posted by jonbrewerton: Can I configure it to recognise a particular wheel and pedals??? You should look at INPUT folder. Driver san francisco Input 0x044f which contains settings for different Thrustmaster steering wheels. I guess, you should check ControlSet3.txt file in 0xb654 folder.
There you should find something like this #------------------------------------ # Vehicle #------------------------------------ ACTIONVehicle_Accelerate AXIS NULL +STICK_DI_Y END ACTIONVehicle_Accelerate_Alt BUTTON NULL END ACTIONVehicle_Reverse AXIS NULL -STICK_DI_Y END ACTIONVehicle_Reverse_Alt BUTTON NULL END May be there is some kind of error in your version of the file. P.S: I have Logitech Momo steering wheel, that's why I can't help you further.
