If you print to plain paper and then compare the location of the text on the paper to the label sheet, is the alignment correct? Many printers have difficulty accurately feeding label stock, though you may be able to adjust the settings of the 'pinch rollers' that feed the paper into the printer. Also make sure that in the File>Print dialog, the Zoom setting is set to No Scaling. Hope this helps.
